Me and my girlfriend both play music, I play the piano and she plays the violin. I study music at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and she studies physics at the University of Copenhagen. We are both on our bachelors and have actually just finished 6 months of studying in Munich - so our German skills are up to date! In our free time we enjoy reading books, watching movies and playing board games. We also enjoy cooking and discovering new recipes. If you join us for a meal we can promise a great evening with new tastes, tips for touring Denmark and a great deal of laughs!

Our evening with Arianne and Johannes was one of the highlights of our trip to Denmark! They are both down-to-earth, interesting to talk to, lively conversationalists, and great cooks. Our college-aged kids loved comparing the experiences of university life in Denmark and the US, and we all enjoyed hearing our hosts' perspectives on everything from day-to-day living to politics and current affairs. Such a fun time!
I would highly recommend spending an evening with this delightful couple!
Johannes and Arianne were very lovely hosts. We were provided with very clear and easy-to-follow instructions to find their home. Dinner consisted of a delicious pea soup to start and chicken tartlets for the main. Both were delectable, paired with traditional drink. The highlight was in the dessert - a traditional home-baked Danish birthday cake (one of the attendees had a birthday). Happy birthday was also sung in Danish! Both hosts spoke excellent English. A wonderful evening, thank you!
